The Collective Action on Dengue (CAD) seeks to engage a qualified partner to develop a strategic, evidence-based Call to Action for investing in dengue prevention and control vs. waiting for a dengue outbreak. The selected partner will generate rigorous evidence, articulate the value of prevention and control, and produce policy-ready materials that position dengue as an investment priority. Through this RFP, CAD aims to establish the analytical and strategic foundation needed to position dengue prevention and control as a priority for policymakers, development institutions, and global health funders. The selected partner will develop an evidence‑based narrative demonstrating the economic and societal value of investing in prevention compared with responding to outbreaks after they occur.
The project is expected to run for four to six weeks following contract award, with a planned start date of April 1, 2026, and final delivery by May 4, 2026. Interested applicants should submit proposals electronically to submissions@pasteur-network.org with the subject line “CAD Dengue Prevention and Control Call to Action RFP Submission.” The submission deadline is March 25, 2026.
